These Terms govern use of the My BNI mobile application provided by Soance Innovations LLP (“Soance”, “we”, “us”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and roster access
The app is intended for adult business-networking members. Access may require an email address that exactly matches an eligible member record in a current roster. You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for ensuring that any roster or member information you import, use, or share is authorized and accurate.
Subscription
My BNI offers auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions. In India, the intended prices are ₹199 per month and ₹1,990 per year; stores may display localized prices elsewhere. Eligible new subscribers may receive a one-month free trial. Eligibility is determined by Apple or Google. At the end of a trial, the selected subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the store’s renewal deadline.
Payment is charged to the user’s Apple App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions and cancellation are managed in that store account. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under the applicable store’s rules. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Acceptable use
You may use the app only for lawful business-networking and productivity purposes. You must not access or disclose roster information without authorization; impersonate another person; upload malicious, infringing, or unlawful material; interfere with the app or its services; bypass access or subscription controls; or use the app to harass, spam, or exploit others.
User content and responsibility
You retain rights in content you create or upload. You grant Soance a limited right to process that content only as needed to operate, sync, secure, and support the app. You are responsible for reviewing exported documents and AI-generated suggestions before using or sharing them and for avoiding unnecessary sensitive third-party information.
Availability and changes
We may update, add, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the app, maintain security, or comply with legal and store requirements. Network services, external AI providers, device features, and third-party stores may sometimes be unavailable.
Intellectual property
The app software and original design are owned by Soance or its licensors. BNI and other third-party names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated by the relevant rights holder, My BNI is not an official product of BNI Global.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of roster, event, AI, or user-entered content. Soance is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may restrict access for material violation of these Terms, misuse, security risk, or legal requirements. Store cancellation is required separately to stop subscription renewal.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, courts with jurisdiction over Soance Innovations LLP will have jurisdiction over disputes.
